Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern your relationship with Restocking. By using the service, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the service.

Definitions

"Restocking" means the service operated by Oscar Albert, accessible at restocking.app. "User" or "you" means any person who creates an account and uses the service. "Alert" means the monitoring of a specific product (size + color). "Free Plan" means the free subscription with 3 alerts and 30-minute checks. "Pro Plan" means the paid subscription with up to 20 alerts and 5-minute checks.

Service purpose

Restocking is a stock monitoring tool for online fashion stores. The service automatically checks the product pages you entrust to it and sends you a notification (email, and SMS on Pro plan) as soon as the size and color you're tracking become available for purchase again. Restocking is an information service: we do not sell anything, we are not affiliated with any brand, and we do not guarantee you will be able to purchase the product.

Account creation

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account. An account may only be used by one individual.

Subscription plans

The Free plan is free of charge and allows up to 3 simultaneous alerts, with checks every 30 minutes. The Pro plan is paid and allows up to 20 simultaneous alerts, with checks every 5 minutes, and includes SMS notifications. Prices are displayed in euros including VAT on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days' notice.

Payment and billing

Pro plan payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Restocking never stores your card details. Billing is charged upfront, monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Renewal is automatic. You will receive an invoice by email after each payment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of Pro plan subscription. To exercise this right, write to hello@restocking.app. Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method. If you have used the service during these 14 days, the refund may be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

User obligations

You agree to: use the service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, not bypass the service's technical limits (multiple accounts, automation), not resell or redistribute alerts or information obtained through the service, not use the service to monitor illegal or counterfeit products, and respect the intellectual property rights of the monitored brands.

Fair use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of abusive use, including: mass account creation, attempts to bypass alert limits, use of bots or scripts, any action aimed at degrading service quality for other users, or use of the service for resale or unfair competition. In case of suspected abuse, we will inform you and give you an opportunity to explain before any sanction.

Intellectual property

Restocking is a registered trademark. The source code, design, original texts, and graphic elements of the site are the exclusive property of Restocking. The logos, trademarks, and product names of monitored stores (Zara, COS, Sézane, Gucci, Prada, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners. Their display on Restocking is strictly informational and does not constitute affiliation, endorsement, or license. If you are a trademark holder and wish us to stop displaying your logo, contact us at hello@restocking.app.

Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at restocking.app/privacy, which forms an integral part of these ToS. By accepting these ToS, you acknowledge having read our Privacy Policy.

Liability and limitations

Restocking makes its best efforts to provide a reliable and fast service. However, we cannot guarantee: that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that notifications will always arrive before the product sells out again, that you will be able to purchase the product after receiving an alert, or that the stock information displayed by stores is accurate (we reflect what is publicly visible, without alteration). Under no circumstances shall Restocking be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or loss of earnings related to the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the subscription amount paid over the last 12 months.

Service availability

We target 99.5% availability. Planned maintenance is announced to Pro users by email at least 24 hours in advance. In case of unplanned interruption, we make every effort to restore service as quickly as possible. Missed checks during an interruption are automatically retried upon service restoration.

Third-party sites and external links

Alerts contain links to the product pages of monitored stores. Restocking exercises no control over these third-party sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, business practices, or availability. The relevant store's own terms and conditions apply to any purchase made via these links.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard, without notice or justification. All your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate your account in case of serious breach of these ToS, with 7 days' notice by email inviting you to rectify the situation. Termination takes effect immediately in case of fraudulent or illegal activity.

Changes to the ToS

We may modify these ToS to reflect service evolutions or legal obligations. For substantial modifications, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before that date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also refer the matter to a consumer mediation body such as CMAP (cmap.fr).
